Ordering and delivery
Here’s how to place an order with GripFactory B.V:
1. Add item(s) to your shopping cart
Find the item you want to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. If you’d like to continue browsing, no problem the item will remain in your cart. If you’re ready to order, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout.’ Log in to your account if necessary, or create one during the ordering process if you don’t have one yet.
2. Review your order
Arrange the shipment of your order and specify where we should deliver it. You can enter a different delivery address than your billing address.
3. Payment and completion
Choose your preferred payment method. You can pay with iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, or prepayment. Click on ‘Place Order’ to complete your order.
Delivery time!
The delivery time is approximately 2 to 5 business days. If you’ve opted for our assembly service during your order, our assembly team will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Would you rather pick-up your order yourself? You’re welcome to collect it directly from us at our headquarters in Nieuwegein, The Netherlands – no transaction fees apply.
Payment
At GripFactory B.V., you can make payments using iDeal or prepayment. Additionally, you have the option to pick up your order at our head office in Nieuwegein and pay in cash. In the future, we will be introducing additional payment methods for your convenience.

Prepayment
Prepayment means that after placing your order, you transfer the outstanding order amount to the bank account of GripFactory B.V. Always include the order number from your order confirmation when making a manual transfer. Please note that advance payment is not the fastest method of payment, so consider allowing one to three business days for the transfer to be processed. Once we receive the payment, we will promptly email you a confirmation of receipt and dispatch the order as soon as possible.

Credit Card
At GripFactory B.V., you can pay with credit cards from MasterCard and Visa. It is not possible to pay with a Visa Debit Card, American Express, or foreign credit cards.
